A New Paradigm for Health Care Delivery

A new paradigm is required...health care as now delivered in the US is already prohibitively expensive, available to less people, on the verge of being rationed as a solution to costs, and about to be overwhelmed by baby boomers, plus it burdens small employers, makes large employers uncompetitive relative to companies from other countries with universal health care systems, and reduces the wide spread use of beneficial technology.
